Start with a controlled drawing
A drawing should identify dimensions, tolerances, material, mechanical properties, finish, revision and any special requirements. If a detail is not yet confirmed, identify it rather than allowing an assumption.
Include the order brief
- Target quantity and whether it is a one-time or repeat requirement.
- Destination, packing, labels and required shipping terms.
- Required samples, inspection documents and acceptance criteria.
What happens next
We review the requirements, clarify open questions and confirm the proposed production and quotation scope. Tooling, MOQ and timing depend on the final design and order.
