Bulk Fastener Orders & Assembly Kits

Send a mixed fastener parts list for bulk-order quotation, with quantities, matching components, approved kit contents, labels and delivery requirements.

What to send for quotation

Bring standard fasteners, matching hardware and drawing-based parts together in one clearly defined enquiry. We review each line against its specification and quantity, then confirm the proposed supply and packing scope in the quotation. A mixed list does not imply that every part is available or that all components are approved to work together.

Discuss Your Order

Submit one controlled parts list

Identify each line by customer part number, drawing or standard reference, revision, material, finish, dimensions and quantity. Keep pieces, sets and kits distinct. For matching bolts, nuts and washers, state the complete approved arrangement instead of asking for a generic bolt set.

Define sets and assembly kits

Supply a kit bill of materials with component references and counts per kit, plus the total number of kits. Identify parts supplied loose or together, required lot links and any exclusions. Kit packing is an order-specific option for review, not a promise of assembly, installation or performance testing.

Confirm labels and receiving checks

Provide customer references, order-line identifiers, lot fields and approved label or barcode artwork. State whether mixed cartons are allowed and how inner packs should be separated. Agree any count or packing verification and required actual-order records before release.

Plan repeat and staged orders

For repeat enquiries, include the previously approved reference and identify any drawing, finish, quantity or packing change. For requested staged deliveries, list quantities and target dates by release. Minimum order quantities, pricing, feasibility and timing are confirmed per quotation; no standing stock or automatic replenishment is assumed.

Common purchasing questions

Can I send bolts, nuts and washers in one list?

Yes. Specify each line and the approved matching arrangement, with quantities and finish requirements. Supply feasibility and component scope are confirmed in the quotation.

Can you pack parts as assembly kits?

Send the approved kit contents, count per component, total kit quantity and label requirements. Feasibility, verification, packing charges and timing require order-specific confirmation.

Is there a fixed minimum order or lead time?

No universal value is stated here. Provide the exact specification, quantity and requested delivery so the order conditions can be quoted.

Supply, packing, documents and delivery scope require order-specific confirmation. This service enquiry guide is not evidence of stock, an actual shipment or a universal service commitment.
