Quotation and order confirmation
A submitted enquiry is not an accepted order. Product scope, standards, material, finish, quantity, inspection, price, payment and delivery terms are confirmed in the formal quotation and contract.
Technical suitability
The buyer and responsible engineer should confirm selection and application requirements, especially for structural, anchoring and lifting applications. General guides do not replace official standards or approved installation procedures.
Drawings and attachments
Submit only documents you are authorised to share. Identify drawing revision and relevant requirements. Commercial confidentiality and specific contract terms should be agreed directly.
