Product and application brief
List quantities by rod length and thread designation. State whether you need standard lengths, cut lengths or a drawing-defined end treatment. Identify the application and governing product requirements rather than using threaded rod as a complete specification.
Specification checklist for quotation
These are the inputs needed to review an enquiry, not a guaranteed stock range or a substitute for an approved specification.
| Requirement | What to specify |
|---|---|
| Rod length | Overall length, tolerance and end requirements |
| Thread | System, diameter, pitch, tolerance and full-thread requirement |
| Material | Specified material / property requirement and governing reference |
| Straightness | Required straightness or other drawing-defined acceptance |
| Finish | Surface condition and finished mating-fit requirements |
| Order | Quantity, nuts / washers, documents, packing and destination |
Selection and compatibility
Full-thread rods differ from double-ended studs with a smooth centre and from drawing-defined foundation anchor rods. Select the route matching the actual product requirement.
This general rod page does not establish an anchor-rod grade, high-temperature grade or connection capacity. Send the applicable project reference and required verification.
Can rods be supplied cut to a requested length?
Send the finished length, end treatment, tolerance and quantity for review. Availability, cutting requirements and final price are confirmed against the actual order.
Prepare your order brief
Attach a controlled drawing or complete product reference and list quantities by size. Define the required inspection, packaging and delivery destination. Mark unresolved details for confirmation instead of assuming a substitute. We review availability, finish, MOQ and production timing against the actual enquiry before the order is agreed.
