Product and application brief
Drop-in anchors are internally threaded mechanical anchors. The anchor body, mating thread and prescribed setting method should be specified together.
For a threaded connection into a base material, identify the complete anchor reference and compatible bolt or rod. Include whether the application has overhead, seismic or other special approval requirements.

Selection and compatibility
Use this page for an internally threaded anchor requirement. Externally threaded wedge or sleeve products require a different selection and order brief.
The correct setting tool and installation method are part of the anchoring system. Do not infer a safe load or suitability for overhead use from the internal thread size.
Prepare the order brief
Send a controlled drawing or complete product reference, plus quantities by size. Identify the inspection reports, packaging and shipping requirements needed for your order. If a requirement is not settled, mark it as needing confirmation rather than assuming a substitute.

Should the setting tool be included in the enquiry?
Yes. State the selected anchor and the required setting-tool / verification arrangement. Tool compatibility must be confirmed for that product.
